Introduction
Within the video, I “optimized” my older article using the three commands (prompts) mentioned below: How to Start a Blog in 2023.
While when the video was created the article querying “How to start a blog” was somewhere in the middle of the second page of Google searches, 4 days after optimization (4/4/2023) it is already in the seventh position on the first page of Google:
It’s likely that the position will still change significantly (quite possibly in both directions), but I still find this an encouraging result and one of the interesting and useful ways to Chat GPT-4 use if you have a blog.
Disclaimer
While optimizing existing content strikes me as one of the best use-cases of GPT Chat for bloggers, I’m convinced that if I optimized the article “manually” I’d get similar or better results.
Chat GPT is interesting though, as the process does:
- faster (just barely, but I believe it does);
- more fun;
- more scalable.
But I’m not trying to say that Chat GPT is somehow “magical” and any skilled copywriter would, in my opinion, easily outperform it in this activity.

Article graph before optimizing with GPT-4
After some time – at least one month, I’d add a new graph so we can compare the change (so please don’t Google the article too much so we don’t misrepresent it .
