DAY1 – How to start a habit of doing things?
In the past I have spent really lot of time daydreaming and studying. There was a year when I read over 80 books+, and most of it nonfiction.
Anyway, my life havent changed in any meaningful way.
Thats why I love Alex Hormozi quote: Learning = same situation, different reaction —> and bcs I havent changed my behavior based on those books, I havent learned. But it felt enormously productive and good.
But what do I do to not repeat that mistake?
- During my days really just track the pure actions (hours worked (100minutes every day on this project), going to gym, check the calendar…)
- Try to read books on purpose / when needed, using kindle notes, then export it into the computer and make a list of tasks out of the book
Other things I would love to add:
- I listen to podcast in gym every day, so create on actionable step out of the podcast from gym, and put it into task manager app
- start saying “NO” as a default
- mostly telling people just what I did, not what I “plan to do” bcs then you are forced to move just to be able to speak with your friends…
- Probably somehow improve the planning of my days
Ok, thats it. Now lets go!
