According to the wiki, WordPress is “free open source editorial publishing system written in PHP MySQL and developed under the GNU GPL. It is the official successor to b2/cafelog and has a large user and developer community. Downloads of the previous version 4.9 have reached nearly 174 million since its release.”
What is WordPress good for?
WordPress is the ideal platform for creating presentation websites.
Thanks to a strong and high-quality platform, the price of a website on WordPress is then also quite affordable.
With the WordPress builder you can probably build a website yourself (if you have enough time and patience).

WordPress Community
The WordPress community in the Czech Republic is great. It comes together mainly on the Our WP website and is probably most visible when organizing trail Wordcamps, the last one being WordCamp Brno.
