Save hours every day
AI automation
Automate repetitive tasks with artificial intelligence. Stop spending hours copying data, writing emails and creating reports—let AI handle them so you can focus on work that creates value.
I want to automateWhat is AI automation
AI automation means using artificial intelligence to perform repetitive tasks without human intervention. Unlike traditional automation, which follows the rule “when A happens, do B”, AI automation can understand context, work with unstructured data and make decisions based on the situation.
Interest in AI automation is growing by tens of percent year on year—and it is easy to see why. Companies and individuals are discovering that an AI agent can complete in seconds routine work that used to take hours a day. Emails, reports, invoicing and social media management can all be automated today at minimal cost.
You do not need to be a programmer. Modern tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier let you build automations visually without a single line of code. If you want to go further, AI agents can also handle complex tasks that once required an entire team.
What you can automate
AI can handle a surprisingly broad range of tasks. Here are six areas where it can save you the most time.
Emails and customer support
AI can sort incoming emails, draft replies and handle common customer questions. AI chatbots can answer 80% of repetitive questions without human intervention.
Content creation and social media
Automatically draft posts, schedule publishing and turn video transcripts into articles. AI prepares the first draft; you edit and approve it.
Data entry and reporting
Transfer data from invoices, create weekly reports and synchronize spreadsheets. AI processes data from different sources and prepares a clear output for you.
Invoicing and administration
Automatically generate invoices, match payments and send reminders for unpaid invoices. Connect your accounting system to AI and eliminate manual work.
Marketing and campaigns
Personalized email sequences, A/B testing and ad optimization. AI analyzes campaign performance and automatically adjusts settings for better results.
Data analysis and decision-making
AI can scan thousands of rows of data and find patterns that would take hours to identify manually. It predicts trends, identifies opportunities and helps you make better decisions.
The best tools for AI automation
Choose a tool based on your needs and technical skills
n8n
An open-source platform for workflow automation, with a visual editor, hundreds of integrations and full control over your data. Ideal if you want to keep automation under your own roof. Our Czech-language course teaches you n8n from the ground up— take a look at the n8n course in Czech.
Make / Zapier
No-code tools for connecting applications. Make (formerly Integromat) offers visual scenarios, while Zapier has the largest number of integrations. A great starting point for anyone who wants to automate without programming.
ChatGPT + API
The OpenAI API lets you integrate ChatGPT directly into your processes. Generate text, analyze documents and classify data through simple API calls connected to n8n or Make.
Claude Code
An AI agent from Anthropic that works directly with your files and code. Automate development, edit documents and work with data—all from the command line. Learn Claude Code in our Czech-language course.
What is an AI agent
An AI agent is an artificial intelligence program that can complete tasks independently. Unlike a standard chatbot that only answers questions, an AI agent takes action: it plans steps, uses tools, works with data and delivers specific results.
Imagine a digital assistant that receives the task “process new orders” and independently checks emails, extracts the details, records them in a spreadsheet, generates invoices and sends confirmations to customers. That is an AI agent in practice.
AI agents work in a loop: they receive a goal, plan an approach, take action, evaluate the result and continue with the next step. They can call external services (APIs), browse the web, work with files and communicate with other systems.
In practice, AI agents automate customer support, process documents, analyze competitors, monitor social media and manage marketing campaigns. You can assemble them visually in tools such as n8n or build them with Claude Code.
If AI agents interest you, explore our courses, where you can learn to build them, or consider training for your company, where we deploy agents directly into your processes. The courses are in Czech.
How to get started with AI automation
Five steps from zero to a working automation
Map repetitive tasks
Record what you spend time on each day and week. Look for tasks that repeat, follow clear rules and take more than 30 minutes a day. These are ideal candidates for automation.
Choose one process for the pilot
Do not try to automate everything at once. Choose one well-defined process that will deliver visible savings. The success of your first project will give you the confidence to continue.
Choose the right tool
Make or Zapier is enough for simple application integrations. Use n8n for advanced AI workflows. If you want an agent that works with files and code, choose Claude Code.
Set up and test
Build the automation and test it thoroughly with real data. Start with notifications instead of automatic actions: first let AI make a proposal for you to approve, then switch to full automation.
Measure results and expand
Track how much time and money the automation saves and compare it with the cost of the tool. If the pilot works, extend the principle to other processes. After their first success, most companies automate another 5–10 areas within six months.
AI automation FAQ
What is AI automation?
AI automation uses artificial intelligence to perform tasks that previously required human work. Unlike traditional automation, AI understands context, works with unstructured data (text, images and emails) and can make decisions based on the situation.
Which tools should I use for AI automation?
For beginners, we recommend Make or Zapier, which work without programming. For advanced users, n8n is ideal: an open-source platform with AI integration. Developers will appreciate Claude Code for working with files and code. Most solutions combine several tools.
How much does AI automation cost?
You can start for free: n8n is open source, while Make and Zapier offer free plans. Paid plans start at a few hundred Czech koruna per month. API calls to AI models such as ChatGPT and Claude cost a few Czech koruna per task. A typical automation for a small company costs 500–2 000 Kč per month and saves dozens of hours of work.
Do I need to code?
No. Tools such as Make, Zapier and n8n use visual blocks that you simply drag, drop and connect. You can build 90% of automations without writing a single line of code. Programming is only an advantage for highly specific solutions.
How long does setup take?
A simple automation connecting two applications takes 15–30 minutes. A more complex workflow with an AI agent takes 2–4 hours. End-to-end automation of a business process, from analysis to deployment, typically takes 1–2 weeks. It can pay for itself within the first month.
