During the training, each participant uses AI tools on their own tasks. This is no generic demo—we work with your texts, emails, spreadsheets and processes. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have at least 3 specific processes they can put to work immediately.

2. Preparation
Based on the analysis, I prepare a tailored workshop. I create examples from your industry, prepare exercises using your real data and select AI tools that suit your team.
3. Workshop
The training is practical from the first minute. There are no long lectures: your team tries AI on their own tasks and leaves with finished processes they can use immediately.
4. Follow-up
Our work does not end after the workshop. I remain available for 30 days to answer questions, help with implementation and fine-tune processes. You receive materials, recordings and updated guides.

How much does AI training cost?
A full-day AI workshop at your company costs a one-time fee of 37 500 Kč and includes analysis, tailored preparation, the training itself and a 30-day follow-up. Online workshops start at 15 000 Kč. Individual consultations for management start at 5 000 Kč per hour.
How long does the training take?
An AI day at your company lasts 6-8 hours including breaks. An online workshop involves 2-3 hours of intensive work. We schedule individual consultations as needed—typically 1-2 hours. Allow for preparation (1-2 weeks in advance) and a 30-day follow-up after the training.
Do we need technical skills?
Not at all. I tailor the training to the participants’ level. Most companies I train have no previous AI experience. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are enough. I offer technical workshops as an advanced option for IT teams.
Do you offer training outside Brno?
Yes. I run in-person workshops throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The online format has no location restrictions. I charge travel expenses for companies outside Brno and the surrounding area. Most clients choose a combination: an initial in-person workshop followed by online consultations.
Can the training be covered by a grant?
Yes, the training may be covered by programs that support digitalization and employee education (such as POVEZ II, Digital Enterprise and others). I will be happy to help you prepare the supporting documents for a grant application and issue an invoice in the required format.
